Dwell is led by a gifted team of women and men who are committed to seeing God's kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. While we have only one “official” Pastor on staff…we consider our Leadership Team and Council as part of the “staff” and collobaration is key to who we are.
Lydia Shepard-Kiser

Lydia has had multiple ministry assignments throughout the Pacific Northwest. In 2015, Lydia graduated with her Masters in Ministry Leadership from George Fox Evangelical Seminary and made the move from Washington to Oregon. In her spare time, Lydia can be found traveling, trying new restaurants, or being active outdoors. She has been married to her husband, Kyle, for twelve years and they have two sons, Everett and Brooks.
