Kick off Memorial Weekend with us at the food carts! This is an awesome space for the whole family with a large covered area if the weather doesn’t cooperate. Starting at 5pm, but come whenever you can!

Meet us at Reehers Camp Trailhead at 10am for an easy, 2.4 mile hike. There is no fee to park. Picnic tables close by for those who want to pack a lunch to enjoy after.

Join us for a potluck brunch and easter egg hunts - yes, you read that right...HUNTS. We'll have an egg hunt for the kids and for the adults! We can't wait to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus as a Dwell family.

Join us for our annual Easter Serve! This year we will be partnering with Taste & See Food Bank, GG's House & putting on a BBQ lunch in Rogers Park. Please let us know which might be the best fit for you and anyone else you are signing up by answering the registration question.

Please Note: If you sign up to serve at GG's House or Taste & See, you will there be from 10am-12:30pm At 12:30, we'd love for you to come join at Rogers Park (if you aren't already serving there) to grab a hot dog and join in on the fun.

Taste & See (2134 19th Ave Forest Grove): This is a misc. wishlist of projects requiring people who are handy and/or physically able to move things. There are projects from installing appliances to fixing door locks to moving a shed to dumping garbage. This is not ideal for children. 

Rogers Park (2400 17th Ave Forest Grove): We have rented a picnic shelter and will be serving up hot dogs and chips to anyone who is hungry. This will have been advertised via the food bank. We will also have kids activities for families that are coming to get food. We will need help setting up, serving food, connecting with people and tearing down. There is an amazing kids playground here. 

GG's House (2835 19th Avenue, Space 700 Forest Grove): We will be helping organize their warehouse which is overflowing with household items, toiletries, clothes, etc. for the needy in our community. Kids are allowed.

Get your carol on and brighten someone's day! Join us at Avamere Retirement & Rehab facility to  bring some smiles. We would LOVE your kids to join us and dressing up in Christmas gear is highly encouraged. We will be providing songbooks upon arrival.

Join us as we are partner with Habitat for Humanity to bring the hope of Jesus to Cornelius Manor Mobile Home Park. Habitat will be providing dumpsters and tools for low-level maintenance projects around the 85 trailers. If you have a favorite pair of garden gloves, bring them. Habitat will have already talked with several residents about their specific needs and how we can help them.

At 9am we'll gather at the covered, warming station for a hot beverage (coffee & coca) and to assign teams/tasks. We'll have outdoor heaters and hand warmers. Come dressed for the weather.

Kids will have the option of going to a kid zone space that is TBD. We are actively working on securing a kid-friendly space at one of the neighboring churches! While there, we will have a variety of age-appropriate crafts for them to make for residents of Avamere Retirement Home (to be delivered while caroling on the 23rd). Please pack your children's own snacks and leave a diaper bag if needed.

All aboard the Christmas Express! Kids 3-12, join us for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate the magic of Christmas! 

On Wednesday, December 13th meet us at 2378 SE Dove St. Hillsboro at 5:30pm for a night of wonder. Dinner will be provided along with a bus ride around Hillsboro to see Christmas lights, Christmas presents and treats. We can't wait to celebrate the reason for the season with your kiddos! 

Registration required and closes December 6th.

$10/child (scholarships available upon request). 

NOTE: We are lengthening the time of this Dwell Kids night by one hour with an earlier start and later pickup. 

Join us for our monthly celebration service! This month we’ll be having lots of Christmas fun with a hot cocoa bar, gingerbread house competition, candle lighting and Christmas hymns. For this Jubilee only, childcare will be ages 0-2 only. Ages 3 and up we’d like to have in the sanctuary with us for Christmas carols and special kids elements.

Each person must bring 5 dozen cookies (homemade or store bought) to contribute.  Registration is required and you must let us know what type of cookie you are bringing to prevent too many duplicates. To-go containers and labels for each type of cookie will be provided. 

*Note: if you would like to bring something festive other than cookies like fudge, cupcakes, etc. that is perfectly acceptable too. Variety is always nice on these trays!*
